Between 8.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m.: In case of urgent, urgent illness, you can call our neighbour clinic, Kanalbyen's medical clinic at 69 16 24 50.
After 12.00 p.m. in case of urgent illness, please call at 70 26 40 20.
Open consultation
Remember that you can come in for an open consultation all work days between 11.30 - 12.00 without an appointment in case of an acute illness such as cough, fever, sore throat and eye inflammation etc. If your inquiry is not urgent, we allow you to refer to a new appointment.
Waiting time on the phone:
There may be waiting time on the phone from 8.00-9.00. We recommend that you call after 9.00 or 11.00 if you do not have an urgent need.
For example, the waiting time can be 30 minutes if you call at 8.00. Waiting time is 10 minutes when you call at 9.00. If you call at 11.00 it is 5 minutes.

You can book your consultation online 30 days ahead.
You can write to the doctor with short and precise questions and attach a photo. It is not for renewal of prescriptions . You can expect a response within 3-5 working days.
Via self-service, you can request the renewal of prescriptions for medicines.
